Midnight snack nuggets recipe

Craving chicken? Make it crispy by making homemade nuggets! A perfect anti-waste recipe when you want to use your leftover Sunday chicken or have cutlets lying around in the fridge! Easy to make, you just have to mix your ingredients, dip them in the breadcrumbs and fry them for a result that is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Recipe to eat imperatively with the fingers of course!

  • 200 gr of chicken
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Frying oil
  1. Put the chicken breasts in the chopper, salt and pepper, and finely mix the meat.

  2. Collect 1 tsp. of minced meat and form a small ball.

  3. Dip the formed ball in the flour, then in the beaten eggs in an omelet. Finally, pass them in the breadcrumbs so that they are well covered.

  4. Put the formed nuggets in the fridge for 20 minutes so that the breadcrumbs set well.

  5. Cook them for 2 minutes in hot oil in a deep fryer.

  6. And voila, your chicken nuggets are ready!
