Ingredients:
- 200 gr of chicken
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frying oil
Instructions:
- Put the chicken breasts in the chopper, salt and pepper, and finely mix the meat.
- Collect 1 tsp. of minced meat and form a small ball.
- Dip the formed ball in the flour, then in the beaten eggs in an omelet. Finally, pass them in the breadcrumbs so that they are well covered.
- Put the formed nuggets in the fridge for 20 minutes so that the breadcrumbs set well.
- Cook them for 2 minutes in hot oil in a deep fryer.
- And voila, your chicken nuggets are ready!
